Mobility For BJJ

"Develop and increase your range of motion and reduce recovery time" 

Like all forms of physical activity,  repetitive postures can develop that can reduce performance or possibly lead to injury. Garra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu HQ is now offering Mobility for BJJ to our members. Mobility for BJJ is a class consisting of stretches and drills to assist range of motion, reduce recovery time, minimize injury risk and improve movement. These classes are taken by Brown Belt Instructor Michael Pegg who is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
