Two times ‘Rio de Janeiro State Championship’ Medalist Ricardo Ferreira Franca reaches the shores of Australia in November. The 77kg Black belt has been invited to visit by Eduardo Dias to share his in depth knowledge of his Brazillian Jiu Jitsu game. As one of the instructors for AKXE Academy under Rafael Lang in Rio, Ricardo is able to bring forth the modern techniques and styles direct from Brazil to the students of Garra.
Ricardos’ specialty lies in his adept executions in top game submissions. Ricardo maintains good guard and stand up executing chokes with startling efficiency using the gentle art of brazilian jiu jitsu.
