Avoid excessive force, and prioritize technique over strength.
Respect your partner's tap—immediately release a submission hold if they tap or say "stop."

Greet instructors and senior students with a bow or handshake upon entering the mat.
Refrain from criticizing the academy, its members, or instructors publicly or privately.

Treat all members equally, regardless of their gender, age, race, or skill level.
Ensure the academy is a welcoming environment for everyone.

Report any damaged equipment to instructors or staff immediately.
Avoid leaving personal belongings in common areas and clean up after yourself.
Take care of academy property, including mats, bags, and training tools.

Resolve disputes with other members respectfully and, if necessary, seek mediation from an instructor.
Avoid bringing personal conflicts into the training environment.

Represent the academy positively when sharing posts or interacting online.
Do not record videos or take pictures during classes without permission from the instructor and other students involved.

Shower and wear clean clothes before attending class.
Avoid training if you have a contagious condition, such as a skin infection or cold.
Wipe down any shared equipment, such as weights or pads, after use.

Advanced students should lead by example, assisting and encouraging less experienced members.
Avoid taking on the role of an instructor unless explicitly asked by the coach.

Constructive feedback about the academy or training sessions should be shared privately with the instructor or management.
Avoid public criticism or spreading negativity within the community.

Follow the instructor's guidance during emergencies, such as injuries or evacuations.
Know the location of the first aid kit and emergency contact numbers.

Respect the no-smoking policy within the academy premises.

Wear academy-branded gear when appropriate to show team spirit.
