This class focuses on helping you break out of automatic patterns and uncover new layers of your game. Through carefully designed drills, positional constraints, and guided scenarios, you’ll be challenged to think differently, adapt under pressure, and explore positions you wouldn’t normally reach. By using intentional limitations and exclusions, you’ll develop new pathways, sharpen decision-making, and gain a deeper understanding of your own habits. You’ll leave the mat more creative, more adaptable, and more confident in every situation.
