About each class

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for adults, focusing on technique, drills, and live sparring. Gi classes emphasize grips and traditional techniques using the kimono, while No Gi classes focus on faster-paced grappling, body control, and submission wrestling without the gi. Suitable for all skill levels.

  • A fundamentals-focused class designed for beginners and white belts, covering essential techniques, positional awareness, and foundational movements.

  • Structured BJJ training for younger kids, focusing on discipline, coordination, self-defense, and basic grappling skills in a fun and safe environment, with training available in both Gi and No Gi formats.

  • Advanced training for older kids, introducing more complex techniques, live drills, and controlled sparring in both Gi and No Gi settings, reinforcing confidence, teamwork, and competition preparation.

  • A self-directed training session where students can spar, drill techniques, or seek guidance from instructors in an unstructured format.
