Membership Hold or Cancellation Request

⚠️ Membership Hold & Cancellation Policies

At Garra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we understand that situations may arise where you need to either pause or cancel your membership. To ensure a seamless process, please review the following policies:

🔹 Hold Request:

  • A minimum of 14 days' notice is required before placing a membership on hold.
  • A non-refundable $20 administration fee applies to each hold request.
  • Membership can be placed on hold for a minimum period of 28 days, starting from the last active day of the membership.
  • If an extension beyond the initial hold period is required, an additional $20 fee will be applied per extension.

🔹 Cancellation Request:

  • A minimum of 28 days' notice is required before the requested cancellation date.
  • No cancellation fees apply. However, if a member cancels and later decides to rejoin, they will be required to pay the initial Registration Fee again as per our policy.
